From the first warm spring weather until the end of October, Slow Roll Cleveland hosts a bike ride almost every Monday, departing from a different Cleveland neighborhood each week. It’s a comfortably paced ten-mile social ride, welcoming to people of all ages, ability and cycling experience that gives riders the chance to explore a section of the city and make friends on the way.
This week, instead of a ride, Slow Roll is hosting its annual meeting, taking place at the Music Box Suppr Club. It describes it as “evening of community, connection, and celebration.” There’ll be a presentation, music by DJ Lily Jade, and a “Fuel the Ride” menu of burgers, wings, tots and fries included in the ticket price. There will also be raffle prizes to help fund the rides. It’s a chance to socialize with cycling friends in a more laidback setting.
