The mission of the Cleveland Seed Bank is to grow a healthy food system, encouraging people who want to grow their own food through education and providing seeds. They encourage people to save seeds from their own harvests and early each year, they host a seed swap so people can share or pick up seeds from the seed bank’s donors.

The ballot language for a constitutional amendment protecting reproductive freedom statewide has been approved and signature gathering can begin. Ohioans for Reproductive Freedom and Ohio Physicians for Reproductive Rights will now start collecting the 413,000 valid signatures needed to put it on the ballot; the deadline for getting all those signatures in time for the November ballot is July 5.
