Post-pandemic, owners Sam McNulty and Mark Priemer re-imagined their long-running Bar Cento space on west 25thStreet and opened Bright Side in early summer 2022, with a new look and a new menu.
The re-design opened up the space to the street and offers a “shareable” small plates menu created by chef/partner Andrew Bower, with a variety of appetizers and sides of modern American cuisine with a strong emphasis of vegetarian (and even vegan) specialties. For heartier appetites, the menu also features pizzas ans homemade pastas.
