Urban Farmer, which calls itself Cleveland’s Steakhouse, boasts about its local sourcing from farmers using sustainable growing and raising practices. Naturally the menu is heavy on beef. More than a dozen steaks, many of the identifying their grass-fed sources across the midwest, top the menu which also features seafood and a handful of other meat choices at dinner and sandwiches at lunch.
If you’re a vegetarian, stop in for breakfast, starting at 6:30 Monday through Friday, and try some French toast, pancakes and the farm vegetable frattita with seasonal vegetable, foraged mushrooms and aged cheddar. The space itself has a natural feel, with recycled material creating a rustic but chic farmhouse ambiance.
