Gorge on Mexican-Style Food & Drink for Four Days at Taco Fest Jacobs Pavilion

Fri 9/4 @ 4-10PM

Sat 9/5-Sun 9/6 @ noon-10PM

Mon 9/7 @-noon-8PM

Remember 2016 when a member of Latinos for Trump threatened that if Democrats prevailed and allowed Latin culture to spread, there would be “a taco truck on every corner”? People didn’t find this particularly scary, with many asking if one could be sent to a corner near their house. Turns out, people LIKE tacos, a versatile Mexican treat!

So the Cleveland Taco Festival is returning to Jacobs Pavilion for Labor Day weekend with nearly three dozen taquerias, taco trucks (!) and restaurants serving tacos with virtually any kind of filling you have a taste for. There will also be an array of tequila-based cocktails, margaritas and other cold beverages.

The festival also features non-food-and-drink fun, including the return of Lucha Libra Mexican wrestling, the Day of the Dead hot sauce challenge where you can test your level for heat pain, Taco eating contests, interactive games, and a family fun zone with crafts, fames, face painting and other activities. There’ll also be cover bands.
