The Wednesday evening concert series on Public Square has really been bringing the diversity this year with everything from jazz to soul to rock & roll.
This week, it’s got an odd pairing: the self-described “bizarro rock band” King Buu who’ve been making their punk/garage-inspired noise for almost a decade. The opening slot will be held down by Frida & the Mann who burst onto the scene more recently, formed in 2023. They immediately made an impact on local stage, captivating audiences with the striking presence and intense vocals of lead singer Frida Mann and an accessible sound that leans towards straight-forward rock & roll with overtones of pop and blues.
The concerts feature a full bar and food trucks to fuel your evening. They’re free and open to all.
