If you’re in the MetroHealth area be sure to make a stop at Half Moon Bakery across the street. The tiny storefront (it does mostly carry out) is known for its empanadas which come in three types — Colombian, Argentinian and tacos — with a variety of fills. Sandwiches are also available, along with a variety of sweet bakery goods for dessert.
