“Gastro-nomical” Fare in Medina
The atmosphere at the Corkscrew Saloon, housed in a Victorian-style mansion took may take you by surprise – cloth napkins, wine glasses, the whole nine yards. We even worried at first that we might be under-dressed, but the staff welcomed us with open arms and we were soon greeted by Vice-President and Executive Chef Ryan Marino.
Marino told us the specials change everyday. The menu features seafood, steak and homemade pastas along with appetizers, sandwiches and desserts. There is also a full bar.
