Feufollet is from Lafayette, Louisiana, a hub for Cajun music. And that’s what this band, which released their first album in 1999, are rooted in. But, as part of a younger generation of Cajun musicians, the five-piece band reaches beyond the traditional sounds to draw in old-time mountain fiddle music, honky-tonk country, blues and rock & roll with fiddler Kelly Jones-Savoy’s adding a sultry touch.
The band has a new album called Two Universes to show off when they come to Cleveland to play at the Music Box Supper Club.
Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door.
