The North Union Farmers Markets host year-round markets at Crocker Park and Shaker Square/Shaker Heights, plus a half dozen satellite summer markets at various locations from Chagrin Falls to Lakewood.
This week they’re debuting something new: a short-run satellite market taking place downtown on Mall weekly from Tuesday September 1 through Tuesday October 6. The six-week pilot market will feature all the things that draw shoppers to these markets: fresh produce, dairy and meats from local farms, prepared foods from local producer, chef demonstrations, live music and special activities from the Cleveland Public Library.
SNAP/EBT, Produce Perks, WIC, Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program benefits, and the Family Fruit & Vegetable Coupon Program will be accepted at the market. Designated free parking will be available in the Willard Parking Lot and along East Mall Drive.
