The Baseball Heritage Museum is moving their mission offsite for the next couple of months, sponsoring an exhibition called Baseball Art as the Game’s Storyteller, which goes on view at downtown’s historic Arcade, across the street from where the Baseball Heritage Museum used to be located before moving to League Park in Hough.

The show features artwork depicting classic images of the game, created by a dozen American and Canadian artists in a variety of mediums including watercolor, acrylic, mixed media and digital. The show includes work by Derek Christianson, Brad Davis, Phillip Dewey, Jennifer Ettinger, Sean Kane, Eric Kittelberger, Bob Kreiger, Michael Lewis, Joaquin Newman, Sergio Santos, Damian Schaab and Scott Schulman. The show was curated by Seattle-based baseball art historian Anthony Salazar, a member of the Society for American Baseball Research.
