CAN Journal Party Launches Its Winter Issue

Fri 11/21 @ 6-8PM

CAN (Collective Arts Network) Journal, which began publishing in early 2012, is Northeast Ohio’s quarterly visual arts magazine, covering exhibits and events at area galleries and museums, as well as the work of individual artists who are attracting notice. It also sends out a weekly e-newsletter so art lovers can schedule their weekend gallery-hopping.

It introduces each new issue with a launch party and networking event at a different establishment of one of its member organizations, with food, camaraderie and a brief talk by publisher/editor Michael Gill on the latest news from CAN and the art community. Representatives from various arts groups stop by to pick up a box of copies to take back to their organization.

It will be debuting its winter 2025-26 issue at the Julia de Burgos Cultural Arts Center, 2800 Archwood, on the near west side. The event is free and open to all; come and get a first look at the new issue.
