One of the traditional summer kickoff festivals is Blossom Time in Chagrin Falls, four days of food, rides, music and a Sunday run (9am) and parade (2pm), taking place in and around downtown Chagrin Falls.
What makes it really special though is the balloons, with the Balloon Glow taking place Thursday at dusk (weather permitting) when the balloonists inflate and light their balloons behind Chagrin Falls High School, from where, on Friday and Saturday, they’re launch their balloons at 6:30pm to fill the sky with floating color.
The festival is free; bracelets can be purchased for the rides.
