Sat 4/27 @ 11AM-2PM
Upcycle Parts Shop will be hosting a “Bling Hack“ workshop to teach attendees how to transform broken and/or uninteresting jewelry into their own unique creation. Tickets include tools, access to some of the shops upcycled materials, instruction and take-apart jewelry. Light lunch and refreshments will also be provided.
Upcycle Parts has been around since 2014, and since then has diverted over 24 tons of usable material from a landfill. They encourage people to reuse, reduce, and upcycle those salvageable materials, and to make something beautiful. In their storefront they sell low-cost craft supplies and other treasures, and regularly hold public workshops like these.
This workshop is suggested for adults or adolescence accompanied by a parent, but stay tuned for a kid family workshops later this spring. BYOB if you would like something a bit stronger than the water, coffee, and tea provided.
Come by on Sat 4/27 @ 11am-2pm for this crafty and fun workshop. Tickets are $35.50.
