Soon gentle breezes will be blowing off Lake Erie and boats will be cruising up and down the Cuyahoga River. The Music Box Supper Club is hoping those breezes come early and that April Fools Day doesn’t play a nasty trick and bring back winter.
That’s when it’s hosting its spring kickoff Rooftop Wine Party, the first of many events this season taking place on its outdoor rooftop with its panoramic view of the Flats, the river and the lake. A $30 ticket gets a guest 12 wine pours, gourmet appetizers, and the chance to buy wines at a one-day-only wine shop and get advice from wine experts. If weather doesn’t permit, the event will take place inside in the concert hall. That might not be quite as special, but still fun — and there’s always next month. Spring will come eventually!
