If you’re a pizza fan — and many of us are, because of the wide varieties of styles and toppings they can come in — you can gorge yourself for three days at the Akron Pizza Festival at downtown’s Lock 3 Park.
Pizza makers from all over the Akron area will be bringing their skills downtown, selling both whole pies (if you already have a favorite) or slices (if you’d like to try several and discover a new favorite). There’ll also be live music throughout the event and other activities.
It’s open all three evenings from 5-10pm as well as Friday from 11am-1pm for lunch. Admission is free Thursday and Friday. Get more information HERE.
