Marblehead Lighthouse State Park

The Marblehead Lighthouse is an icon on the Lake Erie shoreline — the oldest lighthouse in continuous operation on the Great Lakes— located on the tip of the Marblehead Peninsula.  It’s surrounded by the grounds of Marblehead Lighthouse State Park, with scenic views, picnic areas, restrooms, a replica lifesaving station, and a gift shop. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, visitors can join a tour to climb the 77-step winding staircase to the top every day from noon-4pm for even more spectacular views of the surrounding area.
