Since the summer of 2016 when the redesigned Public Square opened again, downtown workers and visitors have been able to catch breakfast, lunch, a quick snack or a cup of coffee right on the square at the newly constructed ReBol restaurant.
But, in keeping with the modern Public Square, it’s not your old-fashioned sandwich shop. All the food is non-GMO and the coffee is organic, as are the produce, meat and dairy as much as possible. The specialty is “bols” — broths packed with healthy ingredients. You can even savor a craft beer or cocktail while watching the world go by outside on the square — definitely on the outdoor patio in nice weather.
