The Souper Market’s three locations feature a constantly changing menu of soups, in four sizes ranging from a quick bellywarmer to a satisfying meal to a size suitable for bringing home to the family. (Each comes with a chunk of bread.) There are always weekly specials and always vegetarian choices. Selections could range from a simple mushroom or tomato-ginger soup to a complex vegan mulligatawny. Salads and a few sides are also available, as are made-from-scratch stocks and salad dressing to use at home.
