Cleveland-based rocker Guy Snowdon, originally from Birmingham, England, is a guitarist, vocalist and songwriter whose music is British Invasion-inspired power pop/rock with a contemporary edge.
In late 2021 — a bit pandemic-delayed — he and his band, the Citizens released their ten-track debut album titled One. It was produced by Snowdon himself, and mastered by Chris Keffer at Magentic North Studios. The band includes keyboard player Billy Brock, guitarist Tyler Ray and drummer Zachary LeFeber.
You can catch Snowdon & the Citizens at Akron’ Rialto Theatre where they’ll be sharing the bill with two Akron bands: Ravenwood, a straight-ahead classic rock-style band fronted by Joe Vitale Jr, and Wake Magnolia, who won best rock band 2022 at the Cleveland Music Awards.
