Berea ARF — “Animal Rescue Friends” — which supports the Berea Animal Rescue, is hosting its annual rummage sale to raise money to help animals in need of care and homes.
It takes place at the Olde Barn Pavilion at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds and features an astonishing array of stuff: toys, books, DVDs, electronics, sporting goods, household items, artwork and much more. “If you’ve never been to the Berea ARF Rummage Sale you won’t believe your eyes at the size of this incredible sale!” they promise. And of course, you’re helping animals.
The sale is a bit unusual. Nothing is priced. Just collect what you want, then offer the cashier a fair donation. Keep thinking about those adorable kitties and winsome dogs who need your help!
Can you donate items? Heck yes! On Saturday July 22 from noon-4pm, they’ll be accepting items of all types at the Fairground’s Olde Barn Pavilion. No clothes please, and furniture items must be easy to carry.
