Each Wednesday throughout the summer, the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes offers a different special themed program to being people down to enjoy the fresh air and natural surroundings of its facility.

This week’s event is the popular Art in the Park, co-hosted with Lakewood-based Studio Chartreuse, which promotes art and design in the community. This pop-up shopping market features local artisans and makers, as well as live music, the Grateful Grub food truck, which features a rotating menu, and cocktails for the adults (although the event is family-friendly and all ages).
