Sometimes it takes guts.
It’s easy to do the same thing over and over. It takes real courage to go out on a limb and stay there. Like Les Delices is doing with their ambitious mixed media concert The White Cat. Or like the Ground Work program from the Western Reserve Land Conservancy that is restoring some of the 30K+ vacant lots in Cleveland’s inner city. Or Lori Kella’s edge new photos addressing the climate crisis head on. Or the Happy Dog’s timely discussion on the SCOTUS hearings now taking place in the US Senate.
Speaking of the Supreme Court, the crap that right-wing activist Ginni Thomas is spewing really takes a lot of guts, considering she is married to a Supreme Court Justice who is and will be ruling on the same issues. CoolCleveland commentator and columnist C. Ellen Connally, a former judge herself, reveals her “dislike and abhorrence” for Clarence Thomas after forcing herself to read his autobio and a shelf full of books on the judge who many are calling on to recuse himself and even resign in light of his obvious conflict of interest. Have some guts and do the right thing.
