Grog Shop Re-Opens With a Full Schedule of Events

Good news! In a sign that life is slowly getting back to normal, the Grog Shop has announced its reopening and return to regular programming, both upstairs in the Grog Shop and in its downstairs venue, the B-Side.

It kicks off with the re-star of the popular weekly Tuesday night Lyrical Rhythms, returning to the B-Side tonight. On April 24, the B-Side will host Shway Brunch @ 1pm and Habitat: Drum & Bass @ 8pm. Make Em Laugh Mondays are back at the B-Side starting April 26.

Shit Show Karaoke is back at the Grog Shop on Wednesdays starting April 28. And live music returns to the club on May 6 as the Grog Shop launches its “Show & Snack” series with music by Jenna Fornier of Niights and the Battle and food provides by Cleveland Heights’ MOJO World Eats. That series will feature live local music and food from a different local restaurant each Thursday.

Further out on the horizon, the Grog Shop has also started re-booking its popular monthly GlamGore Drag Shows which return in June, and concerts by touring bands such as John Mark McMillan (November 11), Nada Surf (November 15), Girl Talk (March 31, 2022) and Fu Manchu (March 29, 2022), You might want to grab those tickets now as the Grog Shop is still operating under limited capacity.
