Photographer Arron Bound Hosts New Show & Multi-Media Showcase at BOP STOP

Sun 12/8 @ 2-7PM

Last February, locally based photographer Arron Bound, who works under the name No Numbers, had his first show of work at the BOP STOP, featuring photos he had made at BOP STOP shows.

His new show, Zēlos: Devotion to What You Love, is more ambitious. For the opening, he’s involving performers that reflection the ideas expressed in these more conceptual shots, which he says reflect his understading of love.

He says, “The use of Zēlos within the exhibit’s title derives from No Numbers’ inner belief that we bestow ourselves to those who are zealots. The zealot is the one who has the drive to consistently produce works of art. At the extreme they are sacrificing themselves for their art with no guaranties of acceptance for their efforts.”

Performers will include two poet/musician pairings, with Poet Te’Erra “Ladee Po3t” Jones working with saxophonist Alex Henry, and poet Mo Grays with guitarist Anthony Hitch. Musicians Naisisreal and Apostle Jones wll also perform. The event will be livestreamed and recorded for those who can’t make it. Admission is $10.
