Fri 11/15 @ 5-9PM

This evening is your last chance to see Reigning Rock: The Music Photography of Joe Kleon and Anastasia Pantsios, now on view at 78th Street Studios’ Survival Kit Gallery.

The show features hundreds of photos of iconic musicians, such as the Rolling Stones, Queen, David Bowie, U2, Elton John, Stevie Nicks, Rush, the Who, Michael Jackson, Justin Bieber and many more, shot at legendary Cleveland concerts — all available for sale and perfect for holiday gift-giving. There’s a wall devoted entirely to notable Cleveland rockers too.  Joe and Anastasia will be available to sign your purchase!

In addition, Cleveland punk rocker Floyd Longworth of 80s/90s punk rockers the Floyd Band will be in the gallery with his miniature paintings of pop culture icons, with a focus on noted Clevelanders. And author Mike Olszewski will be on hand with his latest book, Smoky, Sweaty, Rowdy and Loud: Cleveland’s Legendary Rock & Roll Landmarks. Anastasia will also have her book, Girls to the Front: 40 Years of Women in Rock, available for purchase and signing. So you can get a lot of holiday shipping done all at once for your favorite music fans.

It’s Third Friday at 78th Street Studios, so come early and take some time to browse the galleries, studios and shops throughout the building. Survival Kit is at the very top of the building — just follow the signs.

It’s free and open at the public.
