Dru Christine Fabrics & Design Hosts Pop-Up Shop and Fashion Show on Small Business Saturday

Sat 11/30 @ 10AM-4PM

The Saturday after Thanksgiving is Small Business Saturday, although we think shopping at locally owned small businesses should be a priority all year. Among the places going all out to celebrate is Dru Christine Fabrics & Design in the Superior Arts District’s Lake Affect Building, owned by CoolCleveland’s own fashion columnist Dru Thompson.

She’ll be open from 10am-4pm for shopping in her pop-up retail shop where you can find apparel and accessories such as bowties, scarves and bags, along with fabrics, buttons and other items for the do-it-yourselfer on your gift list. And at noon, there’ll be a fashion show where you can see some of the new styles and looks being modeled.

She’ll also have holiday treats, door prizes and her upcoming class schedule if you’d like to be crafty yourself. She’s a great teacher!

The event is free and open to all but if you reserve your space, you get a 20% off shopping coupon and an entry in her Small Business Saturday raffle.
