Cleveland Metroparks Zoo Is Free to County Residents on Mondays

Mon 7/22 @ 10M-5PM

So you have a day off on Monday and want to do something fun? Yeah, a lot of stuff is closed but the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo isn’t!

You can see and learn about animals from all over the world in habitats that allow them to be their natural selves and live a good life. The baby snow leopards are all grown up (but still incredibly beautiful and adorable) but they welcomed a baby giraffe in April.

Just kick back and watch everything from elephants and rhinos to domestic ferrets. Personally, we’re partial to the new Rosebrough Tiger Passage, opened in 2016, which features four distinct habitats the tigers can roam between, and a glass wall where you can get up close and personal with the tigers if they’re in the mood. You know cats!

Best of all, on Mondays the zoo is free for Cuyahoga County residents (bring proof) as well as residents of Hinckley. For others, admission is $16.95 for adults, $14.95 for seniors, $12.95 ages 2-11 and free for under 2.
