The City Mission Invites People to Stand In For Cleveland’s Homeless Youth

Sat 6/29 @ 4-7PM

In 2018, nearly 3,000 Cleveland Metropolitan School District students were reported homeless. It is hard for us to visualize an epidemic this size, with numbers only rising every year. The City Mission is asking people to stand in for these thousands of homeless youth to help raise awareness of the scope of this issue.

In addition to the “Stand in Moment,” there will be live music and slam poetry, speeches from community leaders, food trucks and more. The event runs from 4-7pm, with the Stand In Moment at 6pm in Public Square. You can register to stand in as an individual or as a group here.

Join in solidarity on Saturday June 29th!
