Spring plant sales continue throughout May, as people start planting their gardens in earnest. This week, check out the annual plant & green crafts sale at Rockefeller Greenhouse, a beautiful attraction too many Clevelanders are unaware of just south of the Shoreway off MLK drive.
The three-day sale includes annual and perennial plants, vegetables, herbs and succulents, as well as local upcycled crafts such as birdhouses, wind chimes, garden décor, guitar pick earrings, greeting cards and ceramic jewelry.
There’ll be food trucks there providing sustenance for hungry browsers, with David Mumford’s Smoky Sweet Soul on Thursday @ 10am-1:30pm; Eats & Treats Friday and Saturday @ 10am-1:30pm.
Parking is free, and you’ll want to take some time to tour the greenhouse too.
