It’s time to get healthy physically, mentally and aesthetically at BAYarts’ GET OUT! Body, Soul & Art Festival, a celebration of wellness, art and the outdoors.
It’s an all-ages festival with a host of wholesome activities including health and wellness talks and demonstrations, simple bike repairs and adjustments, goat yoga, featuring a goat petting area, live music by Kingfish, and local food and beer vendors.
There’s also the 2019 Trike & Bike for riders ages 3-12 where older rides ride in a large and younger ones ride around a “tot lot,” to raise money for pediatric cancer research. Kids can register and get their own fundraising page with an achievable goal of $25. Register here.
