Sat 8/6 @ 10AM-1PM
Quick — grab it before it’s gone! It’s the peak of the corn season, when those ears are at their juicy sweet best. And corn has a short shelf life so it’s definitely one of those food you want to eat right NOW.
That’s why the Coit Road Farmers Market is hosting its annual Cliff Schultz Memorial Corn Roast and Barbecue this weekend. Stop by from 10am-1pm (the market itself is open Saturdays from 8am-1pm so come earlier for the best selection of peak produce) and grab yourself an ear or two. An ear of corn, plus BBQ, sides (including vegetarian and vegan sides) and a drink is $6, which benefits the nonprofit market.
