The 11th annual Avon Summer Market isn’t just a market but a summer festival of food, music and shopping taking place at Veterans Memorial Park, along the Lake Erie shore. Pick up a snack or sit down and eat in the tents with food provided by local restaurants. More than 65 artisan vendors — mostly local but some coming in from adjoining states — will be offering artwork, home décor, collectibles, clothing, accessories, jewelry, soaps and lotions, and more. You can even pick up fresh local produce. Or just hang out and enjoy the lake breezes and the sunset.
