Indie singer/songwriter Alan Madej’s band will be topping the bill at Lakewood’s Five O’Clock Lounge on the first Saturday of the year, offering the sort of scroungey, lo-fi treats found on his recent album, Call Me Home, released earlier this year.

He’ll be joined by newish garage rock quartet the Pistolettes, which featured someone named Alex Madej we’re guessing is a relative, and Shawn Mishak of Kid Tested performing solo. There’s no cover.
