For a rock and roll club, the Beachland is known for its exceptional high-quality food. So its dinner series with set menus should be well worth going to.
And tonight’s Americana dinner should be belly- and ear-warming on a chilly night. You’ll be served an appetizer of smoked fish dip and stuffed mushrooms, an entrée of bacon shrimp with cheddar garlic grits (or a veggie portobello mushroom option) and a dessert of warm caramel apple pie with maple bourbon ice cream. There’ll be beer from Goose Island Brewery to wash it all down.
Up on stage, Maura Rogers & the Bellows will be playing their lilting folk rock to keep things musically lubricated.
