If unusual art is your thing, you’ll want to be at Studio 2091 Mothersbaugh-Roos for its upcoming show, Retro Roadkill – Artworks From 1970-2015. The exhibition features the work of Stephen Paternite, a “maverick taxidermist,” sculptor, printmaker and photographer who’s work is “daringly different.” He photographs roadkill in sometimes disgustingly vivid details, detailing “the confrontation between animals and massive industrialization.”
