Science!

09.16-09.23.20

We seem to be going off in all directions.

We’re in a bit of a mess. But science can help us out. It’s more important than ever to enact public policies based on real facts and to vote, vote, vote for politicians who learn from scientific study. Our guide below helps you be a reality-based voter.

There’s a bit of a science to blending up a good-tasting meal, and Cleveland area chefs are competing for your vote. The Cleveland Council on Foreign Relations opens its season with a forum on the post-pandemic world. CPL is now offering STEM@Home for the study of science and technology while our students are in lockdown.

It’s time to get empowered, arm ourselves with facts instead of voodoo, and elect folks who know the difference.

We hope to see you at the Rock Hall on Thursday when Vanity Crash plays our first live concert in 7 months. It’s LIVE, it’s LOUD, it’s SAFE, and it’s FREE. And that’s a fact.

Compare their information to what candidates are saying. Read More

Barred, Disbarred, Tarred and Feathered

Look at that smug face! Columnist C. Ellen Connally, herself a lawyer and retired judge, is calling for the ignominious removal of U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr. Check out her case against him and you’ll be angry too. Read More
