Through Sat 7/30
The Cleveland Foundation’s community-generated Common Ground conversations — which started with one event for 700 on Public Square and grew into more than 4,000 people participating in 100 events —are back for the fifth year, only with a different format this year.
Instead of taking place all around Northeast Ohio on a single day, they’re happening over a two week period from Friday July 16-Saturday July 30. Once again though, they’ll all be variations centered on one topic. This year’s is “Growing Common Ground: People, Place, Shared Power.”
Various organizations and hosts throughout Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties have created events and registered them on the Common Ground website for people to sign up. There are both virtual and in-person events and people can sign up for any event until capacity is reached. Go here to see the list of events and locations and to register for one that appeals to you.
