Of the 1700 submissions, 66 local artists are featured at the juried Lake Effect show at CMA’s tiny Transformer Station; just don’t call it a warmed over May Show. Mean Girls lights up Beck Center, Women In Metal ignites the Rock Hall, and The Scarlet Letter silent film glows with live music.
