It’s hard to believe we ever lived in a world without good trucks but in fact, 25 years ago, they were pretty rare. Now we have food truck parks and food truck festivals. Last month, the Tremont neighborhood hosted its food truck festival, and this weekend it’s Ohio City’s turn when it holds its second annual food truck festival.
For two days you can come down to Novak Park and enjoy food from nearly a dozen trucks catering to a wide variety of tastes. Grab some lemonade, coffee or ice cream, or grab a full meal or a hearty sandwich. You’ll want to try several. Adult beverages will be available too. And they give you extra reasons to linger: live entertainment and local handmade/artist vendors from Cleveland Bazaar. Admission is free, and you can even bring your leashed, well-behaved dog.
