The next No Kings event is something a little different. Instead of asking people to rally in the streets in cities across the country it’s inviting them to host watch parties for a livestreamed national concert called “Rise Up, Sing Out! A Concert for the First Amendment” being held in opposition to Trump’s birthday party for himself, a UFC Fight on the White House lawn.

It features artists such as Bette Midler, Rufus Wainwright, Patti Smith, the Broadway Inspirational Voices and the Rude Mechanical Orchestra, and celebrities such as Jane Fonda, Jenn Colella and Julia Roberts, being broadcast from Palm Desert, California.

One such watch party will take place at Boss Dog Brewing in Cleveland Heights. There you can hang out with like-minded people, sign up for organizing activities, enjoy some food and make friendship bracelets. There will also be a cash bar.
