Robert Hawkes’ The Casual Tree Ward takes off from Norse mythology about the World Tree Yggdrasil, tended by the goddess Freya and dying of drought. She’s offered a chance to go someplace else to find water and refuses. Is there a metaphor here? Oh, probably several.
Susan Soltis directs the production which runs Thrusdays through Saturdays through Sat 9/5 @ 7:30pm at c-c’s home, the Liminis. Tickets are $20, $15 and $12.
