The Akron Civic Theatre’s annual Pints and Pies: Craft Beer and Pizza Festival event returning, giving patrons the opportunity to sample a dizzying variety of sips from craft breweries in Ohio and out of state: close to 100 different varieties including lagers, wheats, pale ales, porters, fruity beers, IPAs, ciders, meads and even a half dozen non-alcoholic and gluten-free beers. There are even ready-to-drink cocktails. Each station will offer a half dozen choices of a particular type of beer. Each ticket includes 25 tasting tickets so guests will be able to try to wide range of what’s on offer.
The pies part? The event also offers guest an unlimited amount of pizza and sweet pies from area bakeries.
