It’s the fourth edition of the New Masters: Women Artists of Northeast Ohio show, taking place at the Florence O’Donnell Wasmer Gallery at Ursuline College.
It features work by 51 artists at all stages of their career, including such well-known area artists as Jen Craun, Karen Beckwith, Amelia Casiano, Joyce Morrow Jones, Gene Epstein, Anne Kmieck, Karen Petkovic, Kelly Pontoni, Stormy Sweitzer, Paula Zinemeister, Isabel Farnsworth, as well as young and emerging artists whose names are unfamiliar as they’re just beginning to be recognized.
The show was juried by Yana Mikho-Misho, formerly of Future Ink Graphics, and now curator of the Museum of Human Art (MoCHA) Cleveland. The show opens with a free, public reception of Friday October 2, and will remain on view through January 21, 2027.
