It’s really nice to see many of its popular events and programs returning to artist-focused SPACES Gallery after a relatively quiet period for the venue. And returning this weekend is its Drawn & Quartered live drawing competition that’s fun for both the participating artists and observers. They describe it as “World Wrestling Entertainment meets Art School meets Cabaret.”
At this event, established teams of artists battle against the clock and each other in a figure drawing contest while the audience cheers them on, adding to the fun and urgency. Join the fun, get as loud and raucous as you want, and hang out with artists. Admission is free.
