The Cleveland Book Fest is a month-long event that includes numerous other events including the September 26 Anisfeld-Wolf Book Awards.
To kick off this literary feast, the Anisfeld-Wolfe Book Awards and its partners will be hosting a book fair on the ground floor of the historic Arcade downtown. There, local bookstores will be bringing a selection of their books and book-related merchandise, and libraries and books banks will be giving away free books. The event’s various partners, including the Cleveland Public Library, Cuyahoga County Public Library, Great Lakes African American Writers Conference, Lake Erie Ink and Writers in Residence, will have tables to provide browsers with information about the month;s upcoming events.
