Masrah Cleveland Al-Arabi is the ensemble at Cleveland Public Theatre that produces work relating to Arabic-speaking audiences, one of the many elements that makes CPT the most diverse theater organization in Northeast Ohio, by a long shot.
Whatever your background, you can explore this particular worldbview in the ensemble’s one-weekend run of short one-act plays, poems and what they call “poetic performances,” called “Seeds of Tomorrow,” that “ponder our current world and individual struggles while seeking resilience, hope, and maybe even healing.” On Friday and Saturday doors open at 6:30pm for a light appetizer reception. On Saturday there’s a post-show discussion. On Sunday the doors open at 2pm for a dessert reception and there will again be a post-show discussion.
