Greyt Culture’s Golden Hour parties on rooftops downtown and on the near west side offer a variety of attractions.

They kick off at 5:30pm with a tech talk on a buzzworthy topic This month’s is “A Funeral for SEO,” talking about the changing importance of a search function once considered critical. The music starts at 6:30 with the “sunset feature” act at 8pm. His month it’s Akron-based hip-hop duo Free Black, featuring rapper/vocalist Floco Torres and drummer/producer HR3, who use their music to address social and civil issues. Alas, the sun will be down by the time they hit the stage at this time of year, two months past solstice.

The party takes place this month on the roof of EO Cleveland, at 1020 Bolivar Road. Go here for tickets.
