Rain put the kibosh on the annual Parade the Circle community procession June 14, but after all the work dozens of community groups put into creating costumes, headpieces, props and floats, well, something had to be done.

So Parade the Circle was rescheduled for Sunday June 29, taking place at the garden behind the south entrance to the Cleveland Museum of Art. The costumed groups circled the garden’s pond twice, dancing and blowing bubbles; there was a second procession scheduled for later. Unfortunately, the large, hand-propelled floats couldn’t make the circle, as the path wasn’t wide enough but many of them were set up on the terrace of the museum for people to admire.
