DESCRIPTION:\nSun 6/29\nRain put the kibosh on the annual Parade the Circle
  community procession June 14\, but after all the work dozens of community
  groups put into creating costumes\, headpieces\, props and floats\, well\
 , something had to be done.\n\nSo Parade the Circle was rescheduled for Su
 nday June 29\, taking place at the garden behind the south entrance to the
  Cleveland Museum of Art. The costumed groups circled the garden's pond tw
 ice\, dancing and blowing bubbles\; there was a second procession schedule
 d for later. Unfortunately\, the large\, hand-propelled floats couldn't ma
 ke the circle\, as the path wasn't wide enough but many of them were set u
 p on the terrace of the museum for people to admire.\n\nView the PHOTOSTRE
